PLEASE NOTE:

Due to rising gas prices, a travel fee may be added to the performance fee for cities 20 miles or more outside Ann Arbor. This fee is $1.00 per mile. For cities 1 hour or more outside of Ann Arbor, we request that 2 or more performances are scheduled.

BOOKING INFORMATION:

Comprehensive study guides including story outlines, classroom activities, and bibliography are sent to presenting schools upon request.

Complete press packets are available to presenters booking public performances.

We can arrange to have American Sign Language Interpreters perform with any of the productions, for an additional fee.

FUNDING AVAILABLE:

Because we are listed in Michigan’s 2018-2021 Arts & Humanities Touring Directory, you can apply for a Touring Program grant to help offset the expense of bringing Wild Swan Theater to you! The Touring Program grants are available to Michigan nonprofit organizations who may request up to 40 percent of presenters’ fees and travel expenses. More information about the grants can be found here.

Michigan Youth Arts, on behalf of the Michigan Council for Arts & Cultural Affairs, is offering two grants for schools: Arts & Culture Trek Grant (up to $500) and Arts Equipment & Supplies Grant (up to $1500). They will be accepting applications August 15, 2018 for the 2018-2019 school year. Find out more on their website.
